I act for and advise clients in all aspects of workplace law, including employment, labour, human rights, pensions, privacy, and occupational health and safety matters. I also practice in the area of administrative law. I have appeared before the British Columbia Labour Relations Board, the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Provincial Court of British Columbia; and I have assisted with matters before the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to joining Zacharias Vickers McCann, I articled and practiced at a large workplace law firm in Vancouver, British Columbia.
I received my Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2021. While attending law school, I was a student clinician at Rise Women’s Legal Center, where I represented self-identifying women in family law and immigration matters. I was also a student ambassador and a twice-elected member of the UBC Law Students’ Society. In recognition of my legal aptitude and academic excellence, I received the Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP A.J. McClean Prize in Trusts.
