My practice focuses on assisting clients with their corporate, commercial, and real estate matters, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, construction projects, commercial lending, real estate development, leasing, and conveyancing. My clients are varied throughout the private and non-profit sectors in Alberta and British Columbia and include institutional and private lenders.
I have a strong track record of negotiating complex corporate, commercial, and real estate deals and delivering favorable outcomes for my clients. My dual licensing in Alberta and British Columbia gives me the unique ability to personally handle clients’ complex cross-provincial matters.
Before pursuing law, I completed a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, where I conducted my own research and published several academic papers. During law school, I continued my interest in academic research and co-authored a paper in connection with Canada’s Species-at-Risk Act.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active through various sports such as soccer, golf, skiing, hiking in the mountains, and cheering on the Edmonton Oilers.
